RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
As a small independent label producing limited quantities, we ask that you place your order with care and refer to the sizing information provided on each product page before purchasing.
If your piece is not quite right, we offer store credit on eligible returns requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Store credits are valid for 2 years, allowing you to take your time finding the piece that feels right for you.
Should you require a different size, our Customer Care team at hello@foyre.com can assist in facilitating an exchange through our store credit system, subject to stock availability. Due to our limited production quantities, we are unable to reserve or hold stock for exchange requests.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and packaged as they arrived. Postage costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are sent back to Queensland, Australia and are inspected and processed within 1–5 business days of arriving at our warehouse.
If you believe your item has arrived with a fault, please contact hello@foyre.com as soon as possible upon receiving your order, including photographs and a description of the issue so our team can assist.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Your Foyre pieces are dispatched from Queensland, Australia, and are sent within 1-3 business days of purchase. We take care to ensure each parcel is wrapped with intention, ready to find its place with you.
Enjoy free shipping on Australian orders over $250 and free express shipping on orders over $300, automatically applied at checkout.

International

Duties and Taxes
For orders shipped to the United States, all import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. For international orders outside of Australia, any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Once an order has been collected by our delivery partners, we are unable to take responsibility for postal or courier delays, and we cannot be held liable for parcels after they have been marked as delivered.
Please note: If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid duties, refused delivery, failure to collect or reschedule, or an incorrect address provided, a refund cannot be issued. In these cases, any costs associated with re-shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
