Foyre was born in Queensland, Australia, from a desire to create a quiet romance between you and what you choose to wear. What began as a distant fragment of my future slowly gathered shape, becoming something real and entirely mine.
For as long as I can remember, I searched for clothing that allowed me to feel beautiful and comfortable at once. Pieces that felt like me. The name arrived during an easy conversation with my sister. We share German and Persian heritage, and in German the word feuer means fire. From that spark came Foyre (foy-er), a half invented word that felt warm and familiar. Our German mother has always been the source of our passion and light, so it felt only natural that her influence lived in the name. Her own name, Petra, means rock, a fitting reminder of the strength and grounding mothers hold for their children.
Every piece within Foyre is considered and thoughtfully made for the modern woman. Versatility, adjustability, and an intuitive approach to fit guide each design. I work closely with an expert garment technician to ensure our sizing supports natural proportions, particularly through the bust and hips. While we explore a range of silhouettes, there is an ease that ties them all together. They are made to be lived in, moved in, and felt.
